{"id":178,"date":"2024-02-02T16:17:13","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T16:17:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.dgitech.uk\/?page_id=178"},"modified":"2024-02-02T16:19:33","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T16:19:33","slug":"downloader-issues","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.dgitech.uk\/?page_id=178","title":{"rendered":"Downloader Issues"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">From time to time the Downloader App has a few issues like <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#8220;No App Found to Handle This File&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#8220;.bin file no APK file&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#8220;Error bad link&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Most of the time this is an issue with the current Android system on your  Firestick or Android TV os on your Nvidia Shield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The first 2 issues above can normally be rectified as shown in the below video:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"DOWNLOADER FIX - NO APP FOUND TO HANDLE THIS FILE\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QZ1W4ZBdfN4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">As it shows in the above video (please watch it before continuing) you need to install a &#8220;File Explorer App&#8221; to gain access to the file you just downloaded.
